Daily millions of people decide to buy tablet some of them know which tablet they should go for some people don’t know and they chose wrong tablet. They just think everything tablet works the same well it’s not like that a thousand dollar car can’t beat million dollar car. Yes they both can run but speed, design and comfort can’t be same. Same things goes for tablets. We have many tablets around us starting from 50$ to 1200$ or more so selecting better one for you in your budget can be little handy so that is why I am going to teach you tablet buying tips. These tips will also help you to buy mobiles.

First you have to decide for which purpose you buying tablet. Some people buy tablet to replace with laptop and pc. They think that tablet will do all the work as their computer do. No that’s not true even if they are using keyboard. Tablet is mainly good for surfing internet, news, watching YouTube videos, movies, video, pictures, listen mp3, reading documents, mails, keep connect to social media and playing small games etc unless you don't have windows 8 tablet. so hope it will clear your mind that what you can do with your tablet. Now let’s start looking at what you should check before buying tablet.
Operating System
There are 3 popular operating system for tablets Windows 8, Android and IOS. We all know windows 8 pc operating system but it also works on some of expensive tablets. Windows 8 operating system is best for tablet you can do any work that you can do on your windows 8 or 7 computer. But it’s very expensive so not everyone can buy it. IPad works with IOS operating system and it’s very popular especially in us. It’s also expensive operating system tablet but cheaper that windows 8 if you go for older iPad version. Android operating system developed by Google. Google android already very popular now they have wide of range tablets all the way to 50$ to 1000$. Google android has many version android 1.6 to android 4.2 the upper version always works better hope you know that. Google android frequently updates and improve this OS. If you need low cost tablets then android is best for you even if you wants expensive android there are some of expensive android tablet better than IPad.

These all 3 operating system are different they all have separate app store and their apps won’t work on other operating system like android app will not work on IOS and IOS apps will not work on windows 8 tablet. So choice is your select your operating system. My preference windows 8 if money in my pocket otherwise android.

Storage Space
Storage space like hard disk on your computer. You should check if it supports external memory. Most of the tablets supports 32GB external memory. Windows 8 tablets can go more than that up to 128GB. But iPad storage space is limited because it only comes with internal memory 8 GB to 64 GB. If you just want to surf internet and watching news then it’s ok but if you want to store some HD movies and install some HD games you might need bigger storage space so you must need at least 32 GB space.

Display, Size & Screen Resolution

You should check tablet response if you buy from local store and if you buy from online store hmm you might not check on your own but you can watch some review of it on YouTube and read some review from some review sites.
Now if you daily read news, watch some videos and read complicated documents small screen tablet will not work well for you. Small screen tablet better just because they are portable and they can be put inside your pocket but at the same time you won’t enjoy reading your favorite sites updates. Bigger screen tablets much better to read and watch movies. 10 inch screen fine its big and enough to keep connect you to the social media and makes you up to date.
Now comes to resolution whatever tablet you buy under any budget and any screen size like 5inch to 14inch make sure select a better resolution tablet. Low resolution can make your reading really difficult and you also can’t watch HD movies. Resolution of your desired tablet must be higher. Research some of tablets and find higher resolution tablet under your budget. Bigger screen tablet always need higher resolution for sharp and clear view.

Working Speed

Speed of a tablet depend on two things Processor (CPU) and RAM. GPU also important if you likes to play  3D/HD games on tablet. Now these days you can play PSP games and PC games on android Devices. But if you don’t play 3D games RAM and CPU are really important things on your tablet. CPU and RAM they both decide at what speed and how fast your task will be completed on tablet. Now many tablets coming with multi cores and single cores multi core tablet will be defiantly work faster than single core tablets. Multicore tablet means dual core, quad core. Try to get higher frequency tablet like 1 GHz to 1.6 GHz or more check if you can get under your budget. Same goes for RAM you should try to get higher RAM tablet if you want to do some multitasking with your tablet like playing games, downloading and playing music etc. 512mb ram at least you should go for and more RAM will be much better for smoother work.

Additional Features

The four point I have written above are really important to select any tablet. Apart from that you must find other additional features you can get in your desired tablet. we all know some features always comes with any tablet like Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, 3G, Gps, Camera and etc. but you must see which version Bluetooth you’re getting and camera pixels and flash led for night use. Additional feature include everything which you need and which you will not need often like radio, TV out, gps etc. These additional features makes your tablet flexible. Every buddy likes extra features without including extra money.
