In 2004 i bought my first mobile phone that time I was a newbie. I didn't know anything about mobile I just knew that it’s only for call. So I went to mobile shop and asked for a mobile I just saw few designs of the mobile and selected it. But after few months I realized why I bought this mobile when at same price I could get a better mobile with extra feature. But after that Mistake i learnt how to buy a mobile. Now I always do some research before buying any mobile phone or any gadget.

I know many people still like me they just go and select a favourite design and spent money on a less feature mobile. So it’s time to become little smarter before going to mobile shop or buying online sites.
Now these days android OS rule mobile Industry so i don’t think anyone go for java mobile or symbian. Iphone mobiles are really expensive so they are untouchable for middle class family.
So let’s start. There are few things you should know before selecting an android mobile.

1. Qwerty keyboard or Touch screen

First you have to decide which style of mobile you want physical qwerty keyboard or touch screen or both feature you want in one device.

Touchscreen : There are two types of touch screen for mobile resistive and capacitive. Always select capacitive touchscreen if its inside your budget.

2. Budget

Now before you go to next step decide your maximum budget. This will help you can restrict your searching in your budget.

3. Technology

Select a maximum feature mobile phone which will work for long term use because no one buy mobile daily or monthly except rich people.

Camera : If you like to capture high quality images and videos. I am sure everyone wants this feature in their mobile. So try to select a high mega pixel camera.
Example: 5 mp

Bluetooth : For sharing images, video, contacts etc. It’s a common thing in android mobile but check if you can get higher version of bluetooth

3G/4G : its important feature now in our fast life with 3g you can do video conference for your business or video chat. This is not it you can do many things with it

Dual Sim : If you found any dual Sim mobile under your budget nothing better than that. But one sim mobile also nice..

5. Cpu / Processor Speed (important)

Every mobile has a cpu / processor in it like in computer. The higher cpu clock speed makes operation faster and smooth. It allows you to do multi-tasking. minimum 700 mhz processor you should aim to enjoy your android mobile with many heavier apps. More than that speed is like a bounce for you.

6. Memory Capacity

Its also important feature in order to store music , video , images , contacts etc .

Internal Memory: The more you memory you get better for your device because many of android apps store in device memory (internal memory).

ROM : It's like your internal memory in which your mobile operating system and booting files are save.
RAM (Random Access Memory) : Try to find higher number memory at least 512 MB ram but 1GB ram will help you to do multitasking smother.

Note : 512 mb Ram mobiles can update to android 4.0

External Memory : It's refer to memory SD card which help you to store your data.now these days every mobile support at least 32 gb memory. so also go for 32 gb SD card supported mobile.

7. Battery Life

Without battery a billion dollar mobile also waste. So if you're a busy person and always travel longer you should try to get a higher Mah Support mobile. For example

Battery Capacity 1300 Mah
Stand by : 700 hours on 2g / 500 Hours on 3G
Talk time : 12 hours on 2g / 10 hours on 3G

8. Create Mobiles List and Compare Them
