YouTube has released a new feature of watching YouTube video offline without any buffering problem. It’s a very nice feature for slow internet users and some users who use only Wi-Fi on some places. They can just add videos to their YouTube application and watch it later when they are inaccessible Wi-Fi zone or don’t want to use internet. It’s only available for android and iOS users they just need to update their application to latest version and then you will see a download icon for offline video and a new option in the menu as offline you can click that for watching videos.

Update your YouTube application.

If there is no update available just uninstall YouTube application and install again.
Now open the application and watch any video you will see an icon below the video just click on it.

Now select the quality of video if available.
That’s it now it will download data.
When you want to watch downloaded video just click on menu and click offline.

There you will see offline videos to watch.

Note: its like downloading YouTube video and watching offline so you can't comment on the video. There are also some limitation you can't watch all videos offline some video may be not available for offline viewers but most the video will be available with offline feature.
