How To Enable Disable Javascript In IE, Chrome, Safari, Opera And Firefox

Every modern browser has many features JavaScript one of them.  JavaScript is an interpreted and lightweight computer programing language. Its important feature for dynamic websites it works with HTML and CSS. Before it’s only used to develop website and after that software/game developer started making pc applications/game with the help of JavaScript. Now it can be used in mobile app creation too.
Enable Disable javascript
Even if it’s very useful feature in our browser sometime its irritating when windows pop up when we open any website/web page. They tell us some task to do. Its ok for once but when they keep tell us things to do then we feel irritating. There only one solution to get rid of those popup windows just disables the JavaScript from browser. it’s very simple to disable and enable JavaScript from our browser by following same steps.

chrome        Chrome Browser

  1. Open Chrome Browser and type chrome://settings/ in address bar or ALT+E or click on chrome setting icon  you can see on right top corner. Then click on settings.
  2. Now Scroll down and click on show advanced settings..
  3. Now under privacy click on content settings.
  4. You will see JavaScript allow and disallow option. Just check the option you wants and done.

firefox         Mozilla Firefox Browser

  1. Open Firefox and go to Tools or ALT+T
  2. Now click on Option and select Content Tab
  3. You should see a enable javascript option
  4. Check for enable javascript and uncheck for disable javascript

internet explorer         Internet Explorer Browser

  1. Open IE and click tools
  2. Note: if you can’t see tools Press ALT T
  3. Now click on Internet Options
  4. Select Security tab >> Custom level
  5. Scroll down until you see Scripting>> Active scripting
  6. ie javascript option
  7. Select enable or disable javascript from there.

safari         Safari Browser

  1. Open Safari browser and go to Edit>>Preferences or press Ctrl+ ,
  2. Go to Security tab you should see javascript option
  3. check for enable javascript and uncheck to disable javascript

opera         Opera Browser

  1. Open Opera browser and press Ctrl+F12
  2. Go to Advanced tab and select Content
  3. You should see javascript option there
  4. Uncheck/check for disable/enable javascript
